This grommet is used to seal the fuel line at the heater exchanger. It is important that this grommet seals properly

This flange seal completes the seal between the heater and the mounting surface.

The overheat sensor/flame sensor monitors heater start up and temperature of the heat exchanger, this part is also refered to as the combi-sensor. Check repair manual for resistance values.

This upper casing has 2 tabs that secure it to the lower casing.  Caution should be used as the tabs can break off in cold weather.

Lower casing houses the D2 heater.  caution should be used when installing the bare heater into the lower casing to not bind up the motor
