This thermal insulator is used between the burner and the heat exchanger. This insulator should be replaced anytime the heater is diassembled.

T-Piece 60x60x60mm for D2 heater 60mm ducting.

T-Piece 90x90x90mm for D4 heater 90mm ducting.

This temp sensor is mounted in the discharge hood of the heater. It also watches heater process air temps and automatically cuts to low if air temp gets too high (restrictive ducting)
